$29 All You Can Eat for 2 People @ Gurkhas Nepalese Restaurant Melbourne CBD Via OurDeal

32

I found this is the cheapest all you can eat around Melbourne CBD, $13.50 per person. Do you know anywhere else that is cheaper around Melbourne CBD?

An overbearing ad for some other mob ("Our Deal") kicked in when I tried to go to the link you've supplied, obscuring the entire site (except I could JUST make out "$29 minimum" in the periphery).
    Erm… enough said.

  • Wouldnt eat there if you paid me.
Theres a reason they have 2-1 mains on every shopper docket in rhe area.
    Awful food.

Just replying to the OP's question and it's actually a good place for a cheap feed in true OB style.

    A couple should eat separately, since twice $13.50 is $27 < $29.

    • Aye, and while saving the $2 they could still text (or even "sext", re the younger crowd) each other affectionately from tables on opposite sides of the restaurant, and the 'house' would be none-the-wiser. Actually, my wuzza does tend too talk to much while we're go out for dinner, when all I wanna do is read the newspaper. Now I have an idea brewing…

last time we were there with an ourdeal voucher, they told us initially that it is a set menu (not buffet). whether intentional or not, we later realised that the couple beside us (who also used a voucher) kept on ordering , so we gently asked if we could have additional servings and they said yes. very misleading, if you ask me. this was at the flinders branch. the food was very good though, just don't try the house wine.
