  • Let us know when the web page is back up, OP.

    • There is no issue with the web page - are you having trouble viewing the deal?

  • Ordered green Doc Martens from the last deal and got it cancelled by Shoe Link. The reason I was given - Order was made from US IP address and payed by credit card with Australian billing and shipping addresses. Why are you offering a payment option which is not accepted by the company policy?

Unfortunately it sounds like your purchase was probably flagged by our payment gateway as a 'possible fraud' which resulted in the cancellation. Although this was obviously not the case with your purchase, we have been affected recently by numerous fraudulent purchases and have recently reconfigured our website to prevent payments from AU cards using overseas IP addresses as this has been the format of the frauds we have encountered every time. Unfortunately your payment should actually not have been accepted and we are still looking into why this transaction was not picked up before completion.

Sorry for any issues that it may have caused you - we do have good customer service via email and via phone if you want to call to resolve any issues we will always try to work with you towards a positive outcome.

I just want to mention that VPNs are becoming increasingly popular in Au.
