    rec'd an email on Sunday night saying its ready for pick up from Monday

    emailed them to hold it til thursday but they refuse to hold it for more than 24 hrs coz the "system" automatically deletes the order after 24hrs! LOL!

    online order got cancelled by Fyshwick store. Tuggeranong TGG refused to match price on Monday because of very low price!

    Looks like ordering and paying for delivery with MSY is like doing it with Dick Smith and JB-HiFi, complete utter waste of time. Ah well first time trying to deal with MSY and looks like it will be last as well.

    Guessing eventually a credit card charge-back will have to be done.

    Easier dealing with Chinese eBay sellers.

    Bought and paid in person for backorder at Morningside (QLD)as they only had 5 cards total at opening.
    Called twice yesterday to see if they have been posted yet (as I do actually need them for an upcoming trip) and went to voice-mail both times. I sent emails as well and have had no reply.

    Pretty piss poor way to conduct business.

        After sending several emails they called me twice and seemed a bit confused.
        In one call they told me I can pick them up in person and on another call they told me they were posted, but that was several days ago.
        Maybe I should pick them up instore.

    Not sure how many of you got a call this morning to pick up the cards.

    Here is my story I placed an order over the phone on Monday but was not given an order number but was told I could pick it up from the Malvern (Vic) store which is close to me. Before I go the store in the evening I call up to confirm that the order is ready for pickup. I am told that without a order number they will not hand over the item to me. I leave some feedback with the guy on the other side of the phone who could barely speak English and forget about it.

    This morning I got a call stating your order is ready for pick up and I am like "what??", then he says you placed an order on Monday for the card its ready for pick up. I told him the story which happened on Monday and he said it's available for you to pick up today if you still want it. I was like yell yeah I want it.

    Got to the store this evening and picked up my two cards! There was someone in front of me who picked up their card as well. Looked like an Ozbargainer.

    Did anyone of you get a call?

    The five EVO cards I ordered last Monday and paid for delivery, was shipped Friday. So due sometime this week.

        Why delivery, well it was cheaper than a 3400km round trip ;)

          good news. mine has just been shipped! and I didn't have to do anything.

          why delivery? because my time queueing, ranting, calling, etc. is worth more than the ~10$ delivery cost. so not ozbargain style :P

    ordered the 64gb online on Monday morning. They still have not called me with stock availability. When I went to the store last week it wad out of stock.
