    They've always been very good to me, customer for over 7 years. Even through the $A1 = 0.39 pound days.
    Any problems with damaged/missing items have always been fixed quickly.

      Me too, until the last time, put order through successfully, then told there was no stock and no attempt to substitute etc on a weekend when there was 20% off, ie. not offered a 20% off coupon

  Another thumbs up for CRC from me. Their delivery is generally super quick, but unusually my last order took over a month. Customer service were great throughout this though.

  But I think the real question is, do the chickens have large talons?

  Last time they did free shipping it took 11 business days, Wiggle usually only seem to take about 6. Good deal nonetheless though for things you're not in a hurry for.

  Good time to replace Shimano 105 components if you have them.

  They are about to release/have released the 5800 series so the 5700s will be dumped in the next few weeks.

  New cassette for ~$30 is fantastic.

  Edit: For example 2 of my local bike shops offer the 5700 casettes for $75/$77 currently. The price difference is beyond ridiculous these days, and while I don't want to see LBSs die out, if Australian distributors aren't willing to improve, they will suffer.

    For a laugh, i went into Clarance St (bike shop in Syd CBA that pretty much has a cover charge to get in) a few years ago asking for the price of a 105 Chainset… it was over $500. You could get the groupset from Chain Reaction Cycles for less than that delivered free.

    In defense of the LBS, it's not always them. the distributors also take advantage of us here. Some LBS I know were buying from wiggle/PBK/chain as it was cheaper!

    They're much better now, esp with full bikes, they seem to be closer to the rest of the world. Parts are still very expensive IMO.

  Tried out the High5 gel today, was rather impressed. The orange flavour was pretty sweet and nice. Compared to the ones I have had in the past, this was quality. Now I want to buy High5 products, I hear the caramel bars are rather good?
