it may be a good price for current market 2tb, but in the scheme of things it's not a great deal.
You can buy a 1.5TB HDD for $150-160 on special.
Yeah true, and for me looking to upgrade/replace my RAID5 array I'd need 4 of them… $1200 just not feasible. Not when I can buy 5x 1.5TB drives for $750 (selling my 6x 1TB drives makes this a pretty cheap upgrade)
So not an option for Joe Average with a RAID yet but could be great for someone wanting 2TB in a single size external case possibly.
Cheapest on StaticIce by a good $20. Definitely out of my price range but nice to see them come down anyway.
Thats a winning price, good to see 2TB starting to come into the affordable price range finally.
These new Seagates do seem to hold the crown in green performance at the moment.
Just a little note, you should change the title (and website product title) typo from 23MB cache to 32MB :)
