Any (good) mortgage broker will do this for you. No special deal here.

Boq app does it without 'needing' any details besides email address, all free

Resi will contact you to send the report you have requested via email.

    Why ????

    • To make sure you are not quoting neighbor's house and trying to sell it ?

Another way to filter out someone who just want to know what their house worth, but has no intention of selling.

What's wrong with knowing the values of surrounding houses? It's not like they are going to be accurate, because there's no way of telling quality of inclusions inside the home.

That's why these desktop valuations arent worth the paper they are printed on. They dont take into consideration all those things you look at when inspecting a property inside and out.

Not to mention that a property is only worth what someone will pay for it… Not what someone says that it's worth!!!

Haven't we been through this again and again before!!!

        OP keeps trying though!

His past "deals" are never successful, but he must always get a bite or two to keep at it!

"By entering in your contact information you agree to be contacted by Resi Mortgage Corporation for marketing purposes."

Report is not free, you are signing yourself up to marketing calls and spam in exchange for the report. There is nothing "complimentary" about this. And no warning in deal description.

Yep, and that's why this "deal" will very quickly be negged into oblivion where it should be.

People arent that silly. Or are they ;) ?

starting to be on the spam-ish side:

  • How accurate are these reports anyway? As accurate as "on the house" website?

  • We get plenty of these in leaflets from neighbourhood agencies.
Rather not have the spam from your marketing

  • Does this work just for land. That is I have a block of land I want sell which has no house on it
