  • I prefer the Slingbox 350.Shame you cant get it in Australia. The belkin units are basically Vulcano units inside if im not mistaken.

  • Certainly a great price….. I would buy one if it wasn't for the fact that I download 99% of my TV now. Good for those who watch foxtel, assuming the boxes still have rca sockets. (if your under 25 you'll probably want to google RCA, so you know what they are).

    It's probably worth mentioning that it appears you have to PAY EXTRA (eg: AU$13.99c in Google Play) to download the associated app for use with 3G/4G phones.
    :-(

    • I believe there is a free version which is newer, but I'm not sure if the 3G/4G support limitations are still present.

      edit: From some reviews I've read on Amazon it seems that the free ver. offered has the same functionality as the paid one & works over mobile broadband.

      • Do you have a link to the free one?
        Because as far as I can tell it's free for tablets to use WiFi, but costs money for phones to use 3G/4G.

        Edit - You edited as I posted ;-)

          Yeah there are countless reviews saying the app offered on Amazon is the same paid one that is being sold on Google Play.

          To install just DL the Amazon market app & get it through there. I also just 'bought' it for $0 just now.

          @TV app: US, AU

          Deal ends in 15min if you want one.

          Cool - seems like it is free, Belkin just being greedy I guess :p
