Anyone know if there's an equivalent for bookdepository.com? Same group, just operating out of US, and usually a little bit cheaper.
Ahhh, I'd like to know this too. Has anyone tried this coupon with bookdepository.com? There's a book I want that's $18 cheaper on their .com compared to their .co.uk site. ;)
nope it won't work. you cant just enter the code at checkout. there is no option to add a coupon unless you specifically go to the site via that page.
Which is why I asked for an equivalent, not if this code works…
I received the offer in newsletter email from bookdepository.co.uk, but I am also subscribed to bookdepository.com. I don't know why I did't received the newsletter from the .com instead.

there was a separate .com coupon a while back not sure if its still valid though (but tells me that its different coupons normally)
yeh that was here http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/15001 however the page is no longer there.
but like i said before, you actually have to enter the site via that portal otherwise the option to input a coupon won't appear.

Strange. I just get this message: Oops! This link appears to be broken.
I've tried using IE and firefox. Have tried using the link on this page, the welcome email they sent me (just tried that one now) and also through google. I did manage to get through on Saturday and placed an order but yesterday and today have had no luck.
No problems getting onto the .com site though.
edit: I just tried to get onto the site from a google link using opera and still no good.

edit 9/9: managed to get on the site. I find it really strange I couldn't get onto the site for all those days but I suppose it stopped me spendng!
Using iiNet in Melbourne, by any chance? I took the issue up with them at http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=1277417 … Turns out that one of iiNet's DNS servers was being firewalled by Book Depository's nameserver. In any case, it should be working fine now! :)

The Book Depository is unbelievably cheap anyway, so another 10% off is awesome. Anyone know what's going on with the date though? The big logo on the webpage has Sep 10, but the T&C say Sep 6…
