    What's the process of arranging local pickup at your nearest TGG?

      If you're lucky, and your order is allocated to a local store, you can phone them and ask if you can pick it up, and get a refund for the postage cost. They did that for me during the 30% off deal.

        I've been told by TGG they aren't allowed to do that anymore. By the same store that allowed me to pickup last time.

    A lot of the reviews I've read for this say that it doesn't get hot enough for steaks and instead are boiled by the grill. Let's see if this is true.

    I just got mine. I seem to have trouble securing the base to the first cylinder. It doesn't seem to go all the way in, so it is not secure.
