  On Smugglers website 3 nights for $495 (2bed 3+ stay)

  This deal is $165 cheaper - but definitely not $620 (or $590)

  Spa upgrade is only $5 more expensive for 3+ and 5+ stays. $10 more for 2+ and 7+ stays.

  You seemed to have left out quite a long list of block out dates as well….

  Block out periods are:
  20/09/14-07/10/14
  19/12/14-26/01/15
  11/04/15-27/04/15
  28/06/15-13/07/15

  FWIW We've stayed here and absolutely loved it. The units were very well appointed and laid out. Management were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is great and right out your door. The ocean is right there…

  In regards to the retail rate we have to use some type of fixed rate not a rate that constantly changes (last minute sites).
  So we use full rack rate no discounting + extras.
  Now im the first to admit that its very rare that properties ever get these rates except at peak periods but we have to use something.
