      I really want a cheap quadcopter, and for under $30 sounds like a steal, but for that i really doubt it could carry a gopro let alone not get blown away by a 2km/hr gust

        Sure it won't carry a go-pro, but these little suckers are quick and agile and love being outdoors. There are other versions with a camera built in if you were desperate to film stuff (even a version with a live view on the remote!).

      Actually, it's nothing new - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biomimetics (though using it for this quadcopter is a bit of a stretch haha)
