    Like almost all retailers it is up to the customer to return the product to the place of purchase. Yes,the speaker has a 1 year warranty.

  Why should the buyer have to pay postage for DOA? All companies I have dealt with take full responsibility of DOAs and provide prepaid satchels for returns! Why should the buyer be penalised if a faulty product was shipped?
