Description

Cut down entire legions of enemies as Link, Zelda, Midna and other character from The Legend of Zelda franchise using over the top powerful Dynasty Warriors style moves. This tour de force through the beloved locales of Hyrule will have players battling some of the fiercest enemies in The Legend of Zelda history. Two players can play local co-op, with one player joining with the Wii U GamePad controller and another with the Wii U Pro Controller or Wii Remote + Nunchuck.

Features:

  • The delicate balance of the Triforce has been disrupted and Hyrule Kingdom is once again being torn apart by a dark power, this time led by Sorceress Cia.
  • Heroic Link carves through a huge onslaught of enemies as he executes flashy moves with combat attacks. This also marks the first time that many other iconic characters from The Legend of Zelda franchise are playable for any length of time, including Princess Zelda, Impa and Midna.
  • Protect and reclaim recognisable landmarks from multiple games in the Legend of Zelda series, including such classic areas like Hyrule Field and the Palace of Twilight.
  • Push back armies of classic enemies from The Legend of Zelda, as well as powerful enemies making their debuts in Hyrule Warriors.
  • Advance the story to unlock new playable characters, each with unique moves and weapon types. Collect Rupees and other useful items to upgrade weapons and craft badges, which players can use to bolster each warrior's abilities.
  • Two warriors are better than one: Battle armies with a friend using local co-op mode, with one person playing on the TV and the other on the GamePad, providing each player with his or her own screen.

Be prepared to wait a week or longer after release to get your copy, also the Club Nintendo points that come with this copy will not work on an Australian Club Nintendo account.First Party(in this case it's actually more like second party) games have codes that are valid only in the relevant region they're bought in and this is an EU/UK version.

    • How do you tell?

      • Because all games from WowHD are UK versions.

        • OK, think I'll just buy it from Target then, only $7 difference…

    • We will also be able to register the game with Club Nintendo between 20th September 2014 and 17th October 2014 can receive a free download code for a Ganondorf Legacy Costume Set.

    • I've been able to redeem points from EU versions of 3DS games I've gotten from OzGameShop on my Australian Club Nintendo account, would this be any different?

I'd pay the extra $7 from Target/price match at EB to get it on the day.

With the number of +ves, i think Hyrule will not sell well in Australia…

    • for your deal? The biggest killer for your deal is the seller and the delays in receiving the game, it's just not worth the extra $7, also it's a Zelda title it will sell, maybe not like a AAA title on ps4/xbone, but it's still a first party Nintendo game…

  • I posted that base.com is $46 also UK so same issues but cheaper
