      had same response @OW store this morning, rang their call centre, the online sales guy was willing to price beat HN $19 with delivery fees (fair enough, consider it as OW shipping cost). Total of $23.70 was charged to my CC, delivered to OW store next door from my workplace with "same day delivery", picked after work, couldn't be happier with the outcome.

    I will return this , you have to manually swith the wifi , e.g if you keep the same SSID of rounter , then wireless device keep connecting to weak signal of the router even next to this extender , unless swith off and on again for the wifi . If different SSID , you have to manually change , so there are no seamless change .

      It should change based on the signal strength. Mine changes seamlessly with the same SSID. Have you tried updating the firmware?

        I updated firmware (1.21 B01 REVA2 (5/19/2014) )first thing after installation .( Hardware A2)

        It seems I don't need this exendter as the signal from router is still ok for upstair , so they won't swith to this automatically .

    Picked one up at HN Liverpool. The price sticker says $79.95. The salesperson had to check with the manager, then check the website, to change to price to $19. Certainly makes me feel like I got a bargain!
