        Non-digital copy requires delivery (and is still cheaper than OP's "bargain"). Digital is $10 USD cheaper and with no delivery charge…

      For the last couple of years, Amazon has discounted the Premiere Elements + Photoshop Elements bundle to approx $70 USD during the Black Friday sales, so if you can wait there's a fair chance that you'll be able to get both for about the same price.

    I purchased Photoshop Elements thinking it would be an ok alternative to actual Photoshop. There are so many missing features. It's awful.

      For a long time it was a slightly cut down version with a similar interface but they gimped it (pun intended) at some point so they could sell the full thing.

      It's not as user friendly but for home use I recommend free software like GIMP, Rawtherapee, Paint.NET etc.

    I got this free somewhere - maybe with a scanner or something, be worth seeing if you can get it that way.
