Interest Free Land in QLD

Hi All.

Just throwing this out there if anyone is interested.

I bought some interest free land in west sydney from a developer last year and it has already doubled its value. The Developer has now released 2 new projects in the north side of Bundamba QLD 4304 on River Road

If anyone is interested, pm me and ill pass on the details.

You must also do your own research, before you consider buying.

Just as a guide, you would be paying from ~ $130000 for 400sqm over 38 months with an initial deposit of ~ $27000.

    Wow, this sounds like a great deal, can you hold my money is escrow account guaranteed by a Nigerian prince? Also, incase communications between your offshore marine biology station and the mainland go down, do you want me to just wire the deposit now?

  • relax guys. They are a registered company in Australia and have been in the media and tv before

    you can also check with the local council in Bundamba to verify the information (which i did before i bought my Sydney land)

      • as i said in the OP, i will pm details only to interested buyers. If your not interested thats fine. But its been 13 months since i bought my Sydney land (and paid to date over $350000) and if the Company wanted to scam me , they would have run away with my money and all the other money from their 9 projects in Sydney which would have been 10's of millions

          Im sure 'the company' has been on TV plenty of times before, usually running away from the cameras on ACA. Does the company happen to be called easternculture pty ltd?

    I am sure EC is legit. I got some very good deals from his/her posts.

    I believe land price in Sydney can double in a year, however I don't believe land price in Brisbane will do the same, but that is just my opinion.

  • Wouldn't it be better to buy an investment properties and rent it out?

    • depends on what your after. My plan is to build a Duplex and rent it out. Domain suggests that current rent in Bundamba is ~ $300 - $350/week.

  • Careful…. this area is in Ipswich…. not Brisbane.

    Also,I would be extra careful in buying land in that part of Ipswich…. its near the Bremer River and my understanding is that it will flood (like in 2011) and again in the future.

    Is the land 'interest free' because no one is actually interested in buying it?

    • No. The land release which i bought mine was Sold in a matter of a week. I know this because i called a week later for a freind of mine and they told me all blocks have been reserved.

      They also recently had a land release in redbank plains QLD that also sold very quickly

  • I don't know the area at all but out of interest I looked up land in that area. Wouldn't you be better off buying 562sqm for $99,000 here: http://www.realestate.com.au/property-residential+land-qld-b… The interest over 3 years is going to be less than 20k and you get a decent amount of extra land.

    Why so much curiosity OP?

    I am pretty sure you are referring to Qartaba Homes however if you bought last year you cannot build until 2017-18 because land is still in development.

    I am highly doubted prices will rise to become double within a year where you cannot build for next 3 or 4 years.

    I was offered this 650 sqm land in riverstone back in 2011 for $112,000 but did not opt for it as actual building of homes is not approved by building authority for next 5 years.

    Just out of interest, OP are you related to Qartaba Homes?

      Just called Cambridge Homes as they have land /home packages. $650000 for a 2 storey house on a 300m2 block. For release 2014/15

      The prices will continue to rise in riverstone. About 7 developers have active projects atm

    Just signed my contract for a block of land in bundamba Qld.

  • Just for those who doubted the company.

    We sold the our lots in riverstone for record prices $150k over market value.

    Profit was 400% .
