While not earth shatteringly good, JB HiFi are selling the 3ds xl plus Lego batman and give a download code for Zelda a link between worlds for $249. Zelda itself retails for $49 (46 at eb) and I managed to change Lego batman for a $30 Nintendo card as they wouldn't let me remove the game completely ($29).

EB games are doing Lego movie or some shovel and a similar promotion for the same price but you can choose between animal crossing, Mario kart 7 or Zelda, though they are less likely to change the game.

Target do animal crossing or tomodachi life hard copy + 3ds xl for same price $249 but you miss out on an extra bit of shovel.

Not many places doing AAA bundles and it's no Kmart $99 3ds xl, but is good currently. Only JB and EB have the download deal so it is not on the Nintendo site

  I wouldn't classify Lego Batman 2 (pretty sure it would be this one included as LB3 has not yet been released) as shovelware. It got pretty good reviews and it doesn't fit the difinition imo; the developer spending more money to acquire the rights than in developing the games. If it was terrible game I'd agree. Just my 2 cents.
