Confirmed, I got $10 refund with the last $10 promo on FIFA 15. So got it for $49.

Check the catalogue. These games are not included.
Yeah, I know. But that is only because they are still a good while off release date. (COD in October, Far Cry in November). I'd say they would be advertised at a cheaper price before then, so I have preordered in anticipation. But if nobody can get the adjustment done on the games currently advertised (with this $15 off coupon), then I'll have to reorder when there is another $10 off code.

I have never seen Fifa 15 go so cheap.
I don't think Dick Smith will refund the additional $10 here because the coupon requires a price of $65 or above.
At the base price of $60, the coupon won't be valid.
I have been able to get the preorder refund in the past, but only with those where the coupon code is still valid on the lower advertised price.

The terms and conditions of the TRY15 code are a price of $65 or more.
In all the previous times I managed to have the pre order refund, the code was still valid even on the cheaper price.
Here, the code should not be valid on a $60 adjusted price.

Yes, and explain that you pre-ordered etc.
I think it would work so long as even after the $10 off, the total price of your items is still above $100.
I did something similar before with Destiny and Call of Duty and I got the $10 refund, but the terms and conditions of the code would still apply to the lower price.

If you are combining the Amex offer to buy FIFA and NBA, be sure to buy them separately to enjoy TRY15 off each game, and buy additional $10.04 worth of goods to make it $100 after they refunding $10 each (54.98+54.98-10-10=89.96),or otherwise the Amex $15 credit with be debited back.

I've never tried this so no guarantees on it working. Just an idea that popped into my head.
Order the PS4 version and then send them an email (or call on Monday) saying you accidentally ordered for the wrong platform and ask if they could change the order for the Xbox One version.
Worst case scenario they'll just cancel the order and refund your money.

You can use the coupon multiple times by checking out as guest (sign out), use a different email - then before you place the order change back to your correct email address. Once your ordered is placed you'll then be given the opportunity to sign into your account to link the order.

PS4 is not region locked and is therefore more susceptible to overseas completion? I think this is why dicksmith is more competitive on PS4 prices.
Xbox One is not region locked for disc based games, just like the PS4.

I'm in the same boat. I sent them an email after I purchased Fifa and got a prompt reply saying they will pass it on to relevant department.Haven't received anything since. Hey atleast yours has been posted. Still waiting on that email. Sent another email.
Same, I've pre-ordered 5 games, and sent a message to them for each. Nothing yet other than that same std email reply saying they will pass it on to the relevant dept. Called them only to be put on hold after the automated system and then hung up on.
Maybe now they have our money they don't like to hand it back.

Ordered fifa15 on the 19th, sent them a query regarding the $10 off on the same day.
On the 20th received an email from Dicksmith stating that they will transfer this issue to accounts.
Today the 23th, received an email from Paypal stating that Dicksmith will be refunding me $10.Pretty good service.
