I got the $10 credit for Fifa 15. All good.
My question is, have people had success with getting a $10 pre-order credit for items not listed in the catalogue as having a pre-order credit? For example, wem77 with Far Cry 4, etc.
Just received my FIFA 15 in the mail. In my experience, dick smith has been excellent when it comes to delivery time - it wasn't express post either and I got it the day it was received. Fantastic price and I'm cheering.
got this email the day i ordered:

but still nothing?
I have two copies of FIFA 15 and a copy of NBA2K15 in my order but they only refunded me $10… :(

Sent email on 19th after buying and received email saying they will process the refund but still waiting, paid by CC
Just got shipping for fifa15 and my tax invoice says $44.98.
Wonder when they will refund
