I have been considering getting this sound bar.
I would like to use it not only to enhance the sound for when I play games and watch movies, but also to replace my old noisy and dying media player. English is not my mother tongue and I usually watch movies with English subtitles on.
My questions are, will I be able to play movies with subtitles that haven't been hardcoded (likely to be .srt file)?
Is 250$ for this product a good deal? Is there a better product for a cheaper price ? Should I wait until I can get a better price for this product?
Hopefully someone that owns that sound bar will be able to answer.

This soundbar seems to tick all the boxes, but I haven't really seen it available lately.
Where were you gonna get it from?
Also from memory some people were saying they got it for under $200… that's probably why it's more or less sold out in AU…
