  This is there old model - it doesn't have the win 8 gestures.

  I have the win 8 gestures model (T650) and it's pretty good for what it is, but I just never use the thing - a mouse is so much more useful.

  The T650 has been available pretty cheap as well - so if you're after a trackpad go with that model instead.

    would this be practical for htpc ?
    use it over the couch instead of mouse + pad or trackball mouse or k400 keyboard trackpad
