wrong tent… wrong price! luggageGear is offering cheaper than Tentworld on the 210

So you're saying the one at Tentworld is the "lite" rather than the one you are offering. OK, fair call. Can't revoke my positive vote on the comment above.

        • Yes, you can. Click the votes link below the comment and then the revoke button.

  • A link probably wouldnt be bad thing. Nevermind, not a bargain anyway although that Tentworld offer is unavailable until October.

I can find cheaper ones easily on Kulkyne:
    $481 + $37.5 shipping
    http://www.kulkyne.com/au/Turbo-Tent-210-Lite.html?gclid=Cjw…

Thanks for letting us know the same product costs more at your store.

      • luggageGear is offering a 210 at a better price

    • WTF? Why did I post a dupe?

    • Thanks for letting everyone know you listed the wrong tent… ours is not the "lite" model as your link suggests therefore a different model and different price.

    • Ummmm actually you just posted the lite 210. This offer is for a 210 which i can see is more expensive on your site. Thanks :)

  • Rep, coupon code doesn't work. Price is $999.

    • Sorry technical issues. Addressing now and will re-list.

  • Hi Rep any other deals on other Black Wolf Tents going? eg Grasshopper 2?

  • expired already? geez. I'm too slow.

    • Sorry - will re-list later today. Had some technical issues with code. will be corrected soon.

    • there seemed a problem with the code not working…. hopefully it may return when that's fixed…. was a good price

  • damn expensive for a 3 man tent, why so pricey, does it come with a butler to set it up each time you use it or something?

appreciate its not a cheap ebay light weight tent, but 1k for a tent? (appreciate your better priced than the others listed here - just about the price of the tent in general.)

It's considered one of the best 30 second tents on the market. Very durable, high quality fabric and design. With a cheapy tent you're taking the risk that it may or may not leak/break/blow over if or when the weather goes bad.

With a black wolf tent you're removing that risk. Hence the price tag - you're paying for the quality materials and the time and skill spent designing it.

Read some reviews. BW makes quality, long lasting tents which stand up to the worst conditions. $875 delivered is a great price for anyone needing a smaller tent eg a couple.

  • There's little point comparing these to dome tents. Chalk and cheese…apples and oranges. It'd be better to compare to trailer or rooftop tents, which are similar sturdiness, quality materials/construction and very expensive.

I've got a similar tent (Companion Exo) and its brilliant. It's a breeze to put up/down, plenty of room to stand and absolutely rock solid. Not a hint of nervousness when the weather gets nasty…unlike a lot of dome tents.

They're generally cheaper than the BW equivalentsbut I actually prefer the BW because of the bigger awning. I only got companion because I paid cost price.

The lite one is made from different fabric guys, this one is Canvas I believe.
They're pretty decent tents, I picked a second hand one up 3 years ago for $300. Excellent tent and takes 5 minutes to get up max!

    • REP - If the price point could drop a bit further I might be tempted to get a new one as the previous owner of mine packed it away damp and there's a little bit of mould so I was thinking of buying a new and taking better care of it! (:

  • Looks like you can't have the windows down in the rain.. or at night if there is the chance of rain? Maybe not a big deal though because of the big door at the front. Also only really relevant for up north though where it's still hot and muggy even when it rains.
