I received this exclusive offer from toolani where they are giving away $5 account credit for free. toolani is an Austria-based VoIP provider where it lets you to make international calls and SMS via their mobile apps. It "claims" to have Australia's best international calling rates (although I am not impressed). Moreover it's not really a traditional VoIP over Internet, but requiring you to call a local number from a pre-registered caller ID before connecting out to your destination number.

But anyway. Free $5 credit is free. Also you can only claim it using their apps:

To claim the credit, you have to install the app, register an account, go to top up section within the app and add bonus credit using coupon code ozbargain.

The coupon code has 100 use (99 now as I've used one myself), and the credit does not expire. PLEASE NOTE that as the app requests the phone to call toolani's Dial-In number so not a good idea if you are not on capped plans. You can however use the free credit for international SMS which is 10c each.

They also have a SIP-based client however Google Play wouldn't let me install due to country restriction. It would be much more useful.

      Appears to be only for international calls & SMS. Since the credit does not expire I'll just leave it for odd occasions that I need to make IDD calls.

    This is One of the most shittest offer for a Voip Service ever. Basically you register on the app you get $5.40 credit which you cannot use. everytime you need to make a call you have to go to www.toolani.com and register the persons name and phone number you are wishing to dial and save it. (P.S) Cant save more than 1 and then go back to app try the number you added on the website it starts dialing and then a female automated voice says you should register your number on www.toolani.com this is absolute scam to get your or your friends personal details.
