Amazing value. This is the collection of the current Spider-verse story. RRP is US $75 and the book is over 700 pages. In comparison to similar Marvel events the Original Sin collection is $US55 for 392 pages and Axis is $US26.44 (same price as this book) for 208 pages not including delivery (which is about $US10)

      Ah, for some reason I thought Amazon was showing the converted currency price (ie in AUD), as the Expedited was pretty much identical to the price you quoted heh. My mistake!

    Amazing Spiderman just restarted again. This book happens around Amazing Spider-man Vol 3 #7 so you could buy this as well if you wanted - http://www.amazon.com/Amazing-Spider-Man-1-Parker-Luck/dp/07…

    But it's not really required. I haven't read the Spider-verse story so I can't comment on what is required. Basically every Spiderman ever created is turning up in this storyline so a lot of it might go over your head though. Have a look at this - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spider-Verse
