Got one of these for Father's Day. One of the nicest tops I have ever had. Very pleased with it. I am going to go look at the other colours now!

    • I bought one for myself on previous deal and I'd say the same. Love it.

  • +1

    Thanks! Ordered one.

  • What's the quality like for this retailer? They have some decent shirts as well, I'm interested as long as they're not junk.

      read @mskeggs above

I bought a large, shrunk to a small, very thin and terrible!

      • I bought a small, stretched out to a medium. Very thin and terrible for this particular one. The hoodies and stuff are good though.

  • +4

i have some knit hoodies from previous deals find them excellent

  • +3

Bought the jumper in the pic last round, be warned - they are 1 size too small!

    • How do you go smaller than small? I could be in trouble then, haha.

    • They should be as described in the size chart.

    • Yeah mine got shrunk up! Definitely one size small. And yes observed the washing instructions. Decent quality otherwise though…

      • +1

I am sorry to hear that! This should not be the case and I can only assume you may have got a faulty one.

If you want to, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

  • small and medium all out of stock for basically everything :(
shame because I loved the quality of cardigan from last free shipping sale

    • Very sorry! :(

The featured item in this deal is available in all sizes S - XL

    thanks, ordered

  • I can't order. Keep getting error "Object object" which is super helpful.

    • Sounds very strange, this is the first report of this. Could you try a different browser?

      • Tried Chrome and IE. Same error :(

Ok, discovered the error was caused by your form not recognising .sx as a valid TLD.

  • Hi OP, I'm an S size person, but the sleeve length of 81 seems ridiculously long for a sleeve of someone with a back body length of 65cm.

Even when I measure from the base of the neck (for the sleeve length), I'm still short by about 9cm. Is the size guide correct, or am I getting it wrong?

    • If you look at the "measure yourself" part of the size guide you will see that the sleeves are measured differently to how you might expect.

Measure along your shoulder from the middle of the back of the neck then down your arm to the wrist.

Thank you for the very prompt reply. It makes sense now. And I was thinking my arm was too short! :) Have made a purchase already. Looking forward to receiving it….

  • Can someone please confirm whether I'll be charged for foreign transaction fees etc for using an Australian issued credit card. It seems like this company is based overseas. Thanks.

    • It depends on your bank. I advise checking with them if you are concerned.

    • +1

There's Paypal, wcm8382. You can charge it to your Aussie card that way without incurring any bank fees :)

      • That won't make a difference if the merchant is overseas.

        • +1

Not really- I've paid multiple times to overseas merchants through Paypal, and sometimes with overseas currency. Never got bank-fees charged. Paypal always converts the foreign amount to AUD, and the transaction appears as a local transaction n my credit card statement.

        • how do u get charged foreign fees when the pricing is in AUD and also billed in AUD?…

        • +1

@stockastics: Overseas based merchant. Bank greed.

        • I've never been charged foreign transaction fees for PayPal transactions billed to my card or account in AUD.

In saying that, these days I use my 28 degrees card and tell PayPal to bill in foreign currency (the conversion rate charged on the 28 degrees card is always better than that offered by PayPal).

    Grabbed a few polo's. Thanks Rep. :)

        Yup. ;)

Can confirm got this last time, definitely order one size up.

    • Hi mcnugget, was it because the material shrank, or because the sizing by the merchant was incorrect? I hope I've ordered correctly!

      • Hope medium is big enough for me. Usually is. I'm 6 ft 1 and would be considered skinny. Only 72kg.

        • It depends on your chest size really. Medium should be suitable for around a 40" chest.

  • I found it a little short but otherwise it was ok.

  • +1

Def go one size bigger than you normally wear. I found they were smaller than described.

    • Wish I've read this 10 mins earlier. However, I sent an email to them and asked if they could change it for a bigger size for me. Let's see how good they are with customer service. Really like their style though.

      • +2

They replied and did it for me no problems.

  • anyone received the email for order confirmation? I bought my top last night but still nothing.

    • +1

Sorry have received the confirmation. It went into my Junk folder.

  • +1

Good deal! Just ordered one :)

    • +1

      Then give a + !

  • +1

Thanks rep, I got one in each colour.

Any chance you can produce some crew neck sweaters that don't have any buttons on them?

  • +1

Ordered. My sleeve is 30" and my chest is 35". Ordered small (32" sleeve and up to 37" chest). Should be alright?

  • +1

I bought one last time around. Great quality for the price.
Took a few weeks for delivery.

  • Hmm some mixed reviews on the quality in the comments. Some say it's excellent while others say it's thin and cheap. Not sure what to believe!!!

    • I got a size M last time, it's a bit small for the size. It looks and feels quality but very thin for a jumper.

  • Sizing and, particularly, inexplicable sizing differences between clothing companies is the most lamentable (yet avoidable) issue concerning clothes shopping. Why aren't clothing size regulated and mandated to use the same measurement practices across all makers of clothing such that they are comparable? (see, eg, standardised fuel economy ratings for cars which are, at least, legally supposed to create comparable benchmark figures). It is yet another great and unremedied injustice afflicting the consumer.

I have a 36 in chest (small) but have a 33 in sleeve (medium), so I think a medium makes sense; I can change my chest length, but not significantly my sleeve length.

  • I received mine today, sizing seems right to me but after wash will be the real test. In any case I'm very happy with it. Thanks!

  • Received mine today and I am very disappointed with them to be honest. The only one I do like is strangely larger than all the others so it doesn't fit as well as it should. I would send them back but postage doesn't make it worth it.

I may end up sending them to the op shop instead.

  • Not the best quality to be honest. only got one that has a torn freyed spot on the collar.

    will not buy again

  • I just received my set of three tops this week. I tried them all before washing. All was fine before washing.

One was fine after washing, one felt a little too tight for my liking (though it still fit), and one had shrunk so small (the piece as advertised above) that I could no longer wear it. I could actually pass it to my son to wear!

I regret not ordering one size bigger as mentioned by some here. And this was despite me checking with OP and their customer service- they told me according to my chest size, S should fit.

Not worthwhile to return as shipping from Australia is just not worth it. Is there anything OP or their customer service can do for customers in this situation?

  • Happy with my polos. They fit well and quality is good for a $12 shirt. :)

  • Terrible quality. Feels thin and cheap. Bought a large which is meant to be 43 inches. Way too small to be that size.
