Silly Pricing Error, not exactly a bargain

Let's use this thread to post silly pricing error that doesn't make sense. Category includes ridiculously price items, multiple buy maths fail, and etc.

I'll start with 16GB microSDHC Memory Card going for $799. At lease free shipping is offered to sweeten the deal.

Sony branded Vita memory card. Price looks legit.

  • Yes! Now I can benefit from the 20% off ebay deal! That's $159.8 off!

  • $1 for $64 worth of fresh food, delivered.
Something smelled fishy right from the start "HelloFresh", and it wasn't the salmon-and-capers…

  • ebay is full of these but I'll post it anyway:
$10 million for a small hammer.
Just don't pay with Amex as you will be hit with a $275,000 surcharge

    • 8 sold ?????

      • It's actually $4.85 only per hammer paid by buyers

I think this is done to keep a listing alive and whilst they are waiting on new stock. Another member here with an eBay store mentioned that he did this as an older listing with lots of "sold" items tends to be trusted more, so when he runs out of a product he jacks up the price to something silly to keep the listing alive whilst not selling any units, then prices it back down when stock arrives.
