    The coupon discount is off the price on the retailer website (HP, Dell, Lenovo etc) which is generally inc GST.

  Seems to be a middle man voucher site that unions and employers use to give employees value to retain the staff.

  I don't see why we the public able to use this service?

  Note, the reason these are 'cheap' is because Gen9 servers have been released.

  Obviously these have better specs (12 Gb/s smart array controllers rather than 6GB/s, DDR4, 40 Gigabit Ethernet, UEFI Secure Boot) and you might like to check the relative prices.
