  The Borderlands GOTY page says the steam key is only valid in north america. Is this actually the case?

  Would REALLY like to know this as well. I was looking at buying two copies of each and this makes it MUCH cheaper ;-)

  But I can't even buy it. It says it needs a US billing address. :-(

    That's why you just say you have a US billing address. It's a digital download so it doesn't really matter what address you say. Just make it a US one
