Mine just left the warehouse the few days ago.
As did I… And the ETA was "up to four weeks".
I'm assuming it's being passed from the warehouse to my address baton style, as in a relay race, but without the race.Interestingly we are now getting quite a bit of unsolicited postal mail which we've not seen before, such as various Xmas offers.

Weeks ago, but quite some time after the initial order, I got an email asking me to confirm my email address. Then yesterday I got another email. This one was a shipping confirmation that said: "… please allow 3 - 4 weeks for your order to arrive from the time you receive this email".

received the lighting cable today
trying to talk to support and they said I need to have revived some confirmation email. They managed to put me on their mailing list, but not the send the lightning cable list.
Just got my lighting cable and it doesnt work…..
Hmm maybe I should test mine, I just threw it in the pile of lightning cables to be used when my current ones fail.
ok its like most lightening cables ive got off ebay where 1min they work and then next they wont.
Talked to Kogan support and they wanted me to make a video of the issue and send it to them…. 2much effort lol
Brilliant. They are basically calling you a liar. What are they going to derive from seeing a video?
I had the same run around when a set-top box failed under warranty. "Can you send a video", gritting my teeth and muttering under my breath at the email request I went ahead and did as asked, recorded a short clip of the fault and emailed it.
"Sorry, I can't open you attachment, our mail system blocks some video attachments" WTF?
Amateur hour. I'm guessing they are hoping some people will just give up … and they do :-).
Now with a free cable … no biggie … but if 25% of people give up trying to get their paid purchases sorted out under warranty …

Order a micro usb cable for myself and a lightning cable for mum at her work.
She got a micro usb cable and I'm still waiting on whatever they feel like sending me…Received mine weeks ago, and my mother-in-law got hers last week.
Received mine about a week ago, works BUT it's incredibly slow to charge my iPhone6+ (or GF's iPhone5s)
Tried it charging from my desktop and also my Romoss Sailing 4 (2.1A) and it barely charges it.
Takes literally 4-5 times longer to charge than an original Apple cable

I bought a 3-pack of their lightning cables the other day (one for work / car / home), and none of them work on my iPhone 6. They all throw a 'This device doesn't support the connected accessory' message after around 1-2 minutes of charging.
I got mine, for those who didn't, make sure you clicked on the email to verify your email. if you gave fake email, it wouldn't have worked. I got the email on 15th Sep 2014, and I had until 30th Sep 2014 to verify it. Go back and check your emails if you received the email.
