This Saturday, Oct 25, Aldi have rechargeable lanterns for $25. Appears to be very good value. Anybody tried one of these?

For what it's worth, on numerous occasions I've found ALDI to be excellent re accepting returns based on "change of mind" or "not satisfied with the performance", as long as you do it withing a few days of purchase and you haven't damaged the item. So for a $25 item, provided no one on here shares a horror story or warns against the product, you may wish to consider just buying it, trying it out, and taking it back a couple of days later if turns out not to work as well as you expected.
