What are the chances of cheap return flights coming up? Bear in mind it is school holidays and the Australian Open is on…

    Just book it now. You'll save money on average compared to waiting for a sale. Sure, sales can come up at the last minute but most of the time the prices just increase the closer it gets to the travel date, especially in higher seasons like January.

    How many people flying? if all adults then have you consider amex edge plat? roughly 200bux, but it's virgin awardseats so be flexible with your date, should have something in 1wk window though.

      2 adults.
      I do have an amex plat edge, but unfortunately all the amex seats are taken :(

    should have gone via Bali… probably cheaper than direct, plus free tropical holiday.
