  Bought the Pacman deal a few months back so my account is in Euro. How do I switch to dollars? Also, the voucher has a negative value at the checkout but the total remains the same as the game's original price.

    You add a key into Steam using a buttom at the lower left of the interface. I prefer raw codes to Linked Accounts like HumbleBundle uses.

    I get that almost everytime, just continue and the next screen (where you choose payment method) will show the new reduced amount.
