Note this model does not come with Image Stabilisation or a Leica lens found on most Lumix cameras.

No Leica? the image on the web show that it has leica lens logo on the bottom right of the camera though?

  Says it has a Lumix Vario lens … I think the "L" is the Lumix logo. By memeory the Leica logo is a round red dot.

Pretty sure this the lens on this model is not a Leica, most retailers stocking this camera list the specifications incorrectly.

The "L" stands for Lumix.
If the lens is a Leica, you could tell by the print around the lens. Lumix cameras with Leica lens don't carry Leica logos. Panasonic manufacture the lens to Leica standards, they're not exactly made by leica.

If it's got image stabilisation (proper, ie optical not digital) then $149 is a bargin. If not then it's a rip off. 7.2MP cameras with no image stabilisation were going for $150 standard a good year before that.
