Yep, does appear to be a national deal. Saw it advertised at the Mount Annan (NSW) store for $2, but no stock.
None at Green Valley either, though I found a few at Edensor Park with an expiry of 01/2015. Thanks OP :)

$2 is cheap but this coffee tastes like water. I only buy it when it's half price because I have to use twice as much.
2nd that, bought it when it was 1/2 price taste worst than International Roast.

I suggest you alter title to Carte Noire Millicano 100g. This might be national, since I have found it in Morisset, Kurri Kurri, Cessnock and Southgate NSW.
