Wait a few years till TGG clearance, otherwise buy second hand. They're never discounted that much.
As far as i'm aware the product red iPad covers and the like are Apple Store exclusives?
They used to be I think, but we sell them at Officeworks now.
Considering how the Apple iPad Air 2 was just released, I'm expecting a lot more sales sooner like this one.
I have a red one and it really shows the marks and dirt, go black I say.
Got both red and black myself (one for mini, one for full sized) and highly recommend you go for black as well. red looked good for the first few weeks though :-)
They changed the dye in the red leather covers. Around iPad 3/4 it was a much deeper, blood red which aged pretty well. Now the Product(red) stuff is a bright cherry.
Don't think you'll have any luck from a store unless it's on clearance.
