        IIRC the delivery charged was waived even before the welcome code. I changed the currency to AUD if that makes a difference

    I ordered the Anthology collection after after a number of weeks of them telling me it was out of stock, finally received an email saying it was in stock and it would be sent but received the 5 film collection instead.

    I can't see myself using Zavvi again. They seems rather sloppy.

          FYI, I did not accept their 10% refund offer for sending the wrong product, and advised I wanted to return the incorrect item for a full refund. I also added:

          "I am happy to return the incorrect item, you will just need to pay the approx. 14 Pounds for Australia Post Pack & Track International, which has proof of sending and tracking."

          Their response was:

          "On this occasion there is no need to return the incorrect item to us, and I have just requested for a refund to be processed for your order."
