Filtering Options on OzBargain to hide unwanted listings

Does anyone know if we can have word specific filtering of bargains? Tighter control of stuff?
I know about the subscriptions section and I've unticked the food option, yet I still regularly see Domino Deals on the front page?

Also, is there a way to filter right down to words? Just have a specific word that you don't see listings for anymore? (To be frank, I'm goddamn sick of seeing 4 chromecast "bargains" a week, I get it, it's $39, everywhere, all the time, awesome - but no thank you) but I keep seeing them and seeing them…) - could I just actually filter the word itself?

    No.

You can block Dominos or any other store by going to any Dominos deal and hit the hide button. See more

  • It's a start, thank you.

  • Is there a way to subscribe to titles only? For example, ironically, I've subscribed to "Chromecast". But I get an alert for every single deal from Dick Smith where " Chromecast " is listed in the exclusions.

    • An alternative could be to use the Chromecast product page. That has an RSS which you could hook up to email. The problem with that is that many times people don't properly tag deals so it might not catch all whereas the search alert catches all (too many in this case).

  • It's been 12 hours since a chromecast ad has been on the front page, I think the submission system for OzBargain is broken, can one of the web guys please check the fault?
