Can't find anything about it on their desktop site but this showed up on their mobile site.
Only other mention is could find is on an individual's store facebook page.

I tried a couple of games already out as well as the preorders for the new 3ds and both took shipping cost off. Although EB charge more for the top games, some prices in their current christmas sale (both new and preowned) aren't too bad.
