Someone else attempted to buy BL2 from the UK and instead of getting Borderlands 2, they got Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel - proof
I don't know how long this will last, but I think the chances of this being revoked are a lot less likely than the Warlock 2 incident, since this isn't free (and they'll have to refund you if they do revoke).
In any case, if you do attempt this, please post your results when you redeem the key.
