      It seems like you have to go through the Paypal process before you're able to put the coupon in which is a bit suspicious.

      Hi not4us,

      You are required to enter the code after you enter your paypal details.

      The store runs on Shopify, and although this offers many perks we are unable to change the coupon code location.

        So you only now if you got the discount AFTER you pay? Not sure I'd want to do that…
        I went as far as entering my PayPal login details and selecting a funding method and still no sign of the coupon option.
        I have used coupons on PayPal many times before and was always allowed to enter them BEFORE committing to pay.
        Not trying to be negative but this will deter many people form going ahead with this otherwise attracting deal.

          Our team is looking at alternative ecommerce platforms and we will have this sorted in a future update. As for the payment, your account is not charged until you confirm the order after the paypal login.

    Not a bargain unless you manage to get the 100% or 50% off codes. The listed prices are way above the norm.

    E.g. Razer Kraken Pro on the site : $115, while the average price from other stores is $70 (http://staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=razer+kraken+pr…)

    The only items that I can see which are actually priced reasonably are the Steelseries headsets.

      The steelseries headset is what I bought, I compared the prices on staticice too and seems pretty cheap + I got the 30% off deal. Talked to a friend and he said I could get better headset + cheaper and local stock.

      I got it for $41 USD? Is it a good price? Ozbargain - buy first, ask later

    So you order an item and add a discount code. But you don't know if the discount code works until after you place an order? And if it doesn't work, you get charged the full inflated price?

      As mentioned in a previous comment your account is not charged until you confirm your order (final checkout step) after the discount code.
