  • Based on Chancer 6 pack, should work out roughly the same as the My Dan Murphys offer (same parent company). Woolworths Online has it at $22.88. Lashes also available in this deal though.

Are all states included in on this offer? What do the Tap King twin packs cost after the discount? Cant find anything about this on their site or catalogue (NSW). Cheers

Just got this offer in QLD (bought some of the half price ham to qualify)

Was printed on the bottom of my receipt.

  • The picture/wording in the catalogue suggests that maybe you have to buy 2 six packs, or 2 cases, or 2 'kegs', to get (1x) $10 off?

    • @GK

Ok just checked my receipt- ONLY 1 Offer of the 3 listed below…

      1. 6 pack James Squire x1 (ie: 6 beers only)
      2. 1 x twin pack Tap King 3.3L
      3. 1x carton of 24 -345ml Beer Bottles

edit: receipt says valid till 16th December 2014.

      • The "deal" remains ambiguous… maybe if you actually have a receipt of a prior purchase (i.e. have already bought something from them) you are entitled to a different deal to those who merely have a catalogue or have "heard of" the deal?

The following words on your receipt are informative:

"Each offer is limited to 1 redemption per receipt"

        • @ GK

surely you jest- it is exactly as per my post.

        • @snappy1234:
Yeah OK my bad, but there is a bit of ambiguity here re the post/offer/deal… I now understand that they are offering this deal to peeps who get a receipt from their deli purchase (for the next however long no one knows, they may stop handing out these receipts tomorrow), and the receipt-based-offer these peeps are entitled to expires on 16dec14. So it is not the case that anyone can make any purchase from the deli anytime up until 16dec14 then be entitled to $10 off the three options listed above.

Re the options for the $10 “saving”:

$10 off a single 6-pack that is originally priced at an extortionate $23 simply brings the price of it down to roughly what you’d pay per 6-pack if you bought a slab of the stuff.

$10 off a slab (of 345 mL bottles) brings it down to… ~$50 (a bit more or a bit less depending what you choose, as they currently have a special on some varieties); still more exy than most slabs of beer.

$10 off a single 3.2 L keg would be good, because it would bring it down to $19; close to their normal “slab price” (per litre); but that is not the deal… it’s $10 off two kegs.

So… the one thing that would have made this a worthwhile “deal” is actually not available, because you have to buy two of them to get the $10 off; which is not mentioned in the title of your post, or in the post itself.

Anyways, I suppose anyone out there who genuinely loves JSq/ buys it “in slabs” could save some money via this deal; a 45-cent hashbrown to get $10 off…

          @GnarlyKnuckles:

GK what about you look at the pic in the OP ;)

(for the next however long no one knows, they may stop handing out these receipts tomorrow),

says deal is on till Tue 9th December.(tis hard to read i know !)
then you can redeem coupon till 16th December.

Yep agree price is a bit ordinary but you can mix and match the six packs…so for variety is better than a slab.

        • Yet they don't check or take the receipt…
