Thanks OP. Got the same rewards

    • I did wonder if they were generic offers or customized to my answers. Looking forward to hearing if anyone got anything else?

Might grab that Chandon deal too. Right time of the year for it!

    • +1

Local click n collect screen was a full screen list of white rabbit. Well played OP

  • Same offers for everyone I'm betting

    Thanks tho

  • Same offers.

  • -3

I'm not seeing these offers, nor did I have to answer a quiz. Do they send you an email for it?

Edit: Never mind, I found it. It appears only when you sign up for a membership card.

  • +1

Not sure about your offers but mine includes the White Rabbit BELGIAN Pale Ale (not standard pale ale). If so OP, you might want to change that up above here as its a totally different beer than their standard pale ale. Thanks for the post though :)

    • +5

White Rabbit makes 3 beers. The one in the offer, plus a White Ale and a Dark Ale.

I'm sure the description didn't cause any confusion.

      • -6

Not confusing, just misleading. I actually don't like any German style beers, think it was too many nights at Lowenbrau! So when i saw a pale ale I joined up. But its a Belgian Pale Ale, totes different. Same as an IPA is different than a pale ale.

As for the three different kind of beers, you would only know that if you drunk White Rabbit or researched the beer styles before joining. All the same, I'm sure the membership will be worth the cost.

        • LOL thanks for the reply, jv.

        • +1

          @YOTR: Wow thats a compliment! :)

        • +4

Drawing a similarity between Belgian and German beer…outrageous!

  • Nice, thanks :)

  • Thanks, going to combine this with the Amex deal (spent 3x $50+ get $50 statement credit)

Also mine was the White Rabbit Belgian Style Pale Ale as well.

  • +1

  • Cheers OP. Won't say no to good cheap beer!

  • +2

    Beer acquired. Will enjoy later.

  • thanks
Same deals here.. can you claim these in store without waiting for a 'card'?

    • I just did a Click and Collect order and got the discount. A few times the price reverted to full price but in the end I only paid $31 for two 6 packs and a bottle of Feeneys.

    • +2

Download the app to display a scannable copy of your card.

  • Seems to be post only online? When I do click and collect it reverts back to full price.

EDIT: nevermind, continued on and the discount kicked back in at the end

  • Thanks OP

  • +2

    Thanks !
Was confusing how the price reverted to full price during checkout, but thanks to the earlier comments soldiered on and got the beers at $10 per 6 pack.
Made the purchase price to $50 so I can stack the 3x$50 AMEX deal.
    B A R G A I N !!!!

    • Now there is a Super combo on Dan Murphy and AMEX. Time to stock the drinks for parties.

  • Nice find OP. Had a spare entertainment book wish card, so got 3x6 packs

  • +1

Glitchy website. Keeps reverting to full price. What do I do?

    • Scroll down to where it actually shows the discount applied.

      • mmm doesn't seem to be working. When I checkout it drops the promotional discount. I'm trying to click'n'collect.

        • it will work just keep going thru.

        • @saintbanger: Ah yes Once I gave it my address it put the discount back on.

  • Thanks OP. I too had issues with click and collect. The first time I tried to pay, it was charging me full price. Then the 2nd time (after I re-set my store) it was fine.

Very happy. Got $100 worth of beer and Feeneys for $51. Then my Amex statement credit for $50 came through. Free stuff woo!

  • +2

This deal made me moist… and that shouldn't happen with the parts I have.

    • wha..? You don't normally produce saliva?

  • +2

Ahhhh yessss! Dan Murphy and AMEX = free beer! Happy Xmas everyone!

  • Thanks Op. Great find :)

  • James Squire Copper Ale! Thanks OP. Went into Coles Liquor the other day and no 6 packs under $18. Never again!

  • +4

i need a wallet just for reward cards

  • +1

6 decent beers for $10 or 4-6 very good beers for $20 hmmmmmmm

  • 5 x Pale Ale for $50.
Then the Amex email came through for $50 credit. I love OzBargain!
(of course the other two $50 spends were cases of Little Creatures bought online to get the cash rewards too).

    • 5 x Pale Ale for $50.

      'Belgian' Pale Ale….

      they are 'different' just fyi

      • Yeah, saw that. I've had it before and it was an ok drop, but at $40 a case I'll take it for a bit of variety.

    • I just noticed Qwibble states: "Cashback will not be given for transactions that are paid the full amount with the use of a gift card or voucher."

  • +3

I thought 2 Feeneys for $30 from BWS was good a little while ago. $11/bottle is a Bargain!

  • I tried to get a few slabs of Amstel beer but Dan Murphys have no stock at all…still signed up though, thanks OP for sharing :)

  • +1

Can't find Amex deal, could someone throw my a link??

  • Expected collection time Saturday, 08 November 2014 - Dan Murphy's
    It is already Sunday.

  • -3

The APP IS CR - APP

    Reason for me to delete

And forgetting about these ' special woolworths deals'

  • Needed some cold ones for a party in a couple of weeks.
    Great offer op!

(Not associated - fat finger syndrome)

    • Just worked for me. A six pack of each click and collect, $20

  • +2

Thanks OP! I clicked on everything in the "I like to drink…" quiz - does that mean I'm an alco?

  • Anyone's cart keep going back to full price on step 3 of checkout?

    • +2

Yep, mine did that, then on the next step the discount was applied again.

  • +1

Nice. 6 cases for $240 picked up. My Christmas beer is sorted.

  • Just picked up a case of the White Rabbit for $40. The lady at DM's smirked when she saw the order and said I got a very good deal…

  • +2

I asked the cashier about reward cards a while back and she said one was in the works. I'm surprised they didn't just bundle Woolworths' Everyday Rewards card considering Woolworths Limited owns Dan Murphys.

Oh well, whats another reward card to a bursting wallet?

    • It'S probably cos they wouldn't make much profit if they link the EDR. U can use EDR at BWS (owned by woolworths), but BWS has a higher profit margin.
What are the benefits of the dan murphys membership other than cheap deals? points?

  • It was all news to my local dan murphys. They didn't have the temporary cards in and told me they were only being trained tomorrow.

    • +1

could have just ordered 'click and collect'…
travelling for work tomorrow and the dan murphys near my hotel already has some $10 6-packs waiting for me ;)

      • I was in store. So yes, I've had to go and do a click and collect.

  • Thanks OP. Great White Rabbit deal! Wonder what they'll have on offer next week!

    • I just bought some John Walker & Sons Private Collection, only $888

  • +1

Level of personalisation for the deals is a bit of joke. I'm into spirits (liqueurs specifically) & cocktails. I selected that in the quiz. I don't drink wine at all yet most of my sorted offers were for wine ("We thought you may be interested in these unbeatable offers, sorted according to your personal tastes") there were three pages of offers with the first two being just wine (only one spirits offer being for Bacardi at $32 appeared on the final page of 8 - so much for sorting!). The exclusive member offers were the generic ones mentioned as above. Hopefully it improves, as it is I feel it is just an attempt to expand their marketing list with new emails and physical addresses while offering little in the way of genuine 'exclusive' offers (though the feeneys one is pretty good - last time it was this low I had to print off some page to redeem it at around the same price of $11-12 so it's not unheard of but still good).

  • I got the same!

  • +2

The White Rabbit Pale is pretty rad, and a real steal for $10. The Constable is only a mid strength, but still pretty good.

I really need to get in on the Amex deal!

  • +1

I nearly got pretty excited when I saw their "$50 per year ShipSmart for free shipping"

Then I read the fine print:

"Up to 10 cases of beer or cider"

    Sigh…

That said though, it would mean $5/carton shipping if you were getting 10 cartons a year. Plus it means you could buy single bottle orders of spirits etc.

    Hmm… Must ponder it more…

    • +1

      or…Must drink less

      • LOL. That nearly got you a negative vote!!!!

That said, yeah, I'd probably only get around ten cartons a year. And so far I've been buying a lot of Leffe from Aldi when they have had their free shipping :)

  • +1

The 'quiz' doesn't seem to work. I selected red, white, whiskey and cider as my selections… but they're still trying to sell me Dom Perignon and Verve. Still, seems like a worthwhile rewards program to be part of.

  • How does one get the Amex rebate ?

  • +1

Same same same here in Adelaide.

Same offers, same wobbly prices during checkout, same thanks to OP.

  • I ordered 150 dollars worth of white rabbit and constable but they only want to ship half and refunded the other half. disappointing. great post though.

    • T&Cs make it clear. 3 per customer per day.

  • +2

picked up my white rabbit belgian yesterday. delicious. nothing better than walking out of Uncle dans into the hot QLD sun with a cold 6 pack of discounted reasonable quality beer.

  • Thanks! Got $50 credit back from Amex :)

  • thanks OP,
picked up a 6 pack after buying 3x Dan Murphy GC to get my $50 AMEX credit.

  • No white rabbit at my local DM.

But I want a white rabbit!

  • What a joke. I asked for red wine, and got the same "exclusive" offers. Waste of time.

    • OK, not a joke any more after the free 6-pack.

  • +1

This is great, 6 packs are so expensive these days. Cartons are a bit more expensive, around $50, but for some reason 6 packs are around $20??? WTF??

    • They make their profit on 6packs not on cases

    • White Rabbit cases are usually $70… outrageous price.
