    Got it!

Yeah got caught out for the $50 once, it didn't count as spend since its $50 off as a discount, whereas points turned into flybuys dollars is counted as money spent. Points are better.

  • +2

Got this one too. Thank goodness it wasn't some bs "SpEnD $80 eVeRy WeEk"

    • $110/wk for me

  • This should be targeted, as mine shows $80 per purchase for 4 weeks

    • +1

I have already reported to the mods to mark as targeted.

  • Sweet, back to $50 a week now :)

    • +2

Mines gone up to $60 min spend. It had been $50 the last two times.

      • I skipped the 80 buxs and 60 buxs ones. Now it’s 50 buxs. Guess that’s the trick haha. 80 dollars a week if you shop at Coles is not much tho. I don’t shop at Coles so it’s huge. 50 buxs is good

        • I skipped the $50 and now I am getting $60. Weird. Will skip again,

  • +1

I should get another opal card

  • Got mine! $80 per week. One day I'll get the $50? Maybe I spend too much at Coles xD

  • +1

I also got 20,000 for $180 each week

    • $180? Wowzer!

  • all 50s

  • The fourth week did not come up and I tried so hard for first 3 weeks…

    • +1

Ive had this happen, reached out to support and they said even though it wasnt visible if i hit the 4th week i would get the reward. I hit 4th week and got reward, so just seems like a bug

    • +1

It should come up on your 3rd week receipt. Something along the lines of "just one week left"

  • First time getting this deal, does top up opal counts?

  • $60, triple dip with 4000 points on $100 spend this weekend and 8500 on $25 baby food spendt over 5 weeks 😂

  • Both accounts $60. It would be good to try to spend on both, but I doubt I could do it for 4 weeks.

  • +3

2 months of minimal spending has bought the 4 weekly spend offer from $120 to $80. Still giving this a miss to bring it down to $50.

  • cheers $50

  • +1

$50 as well and got $50 last time. Thanks OP.

  • $90 per week :-(

  • $240 a week for me.

    • you eat those points!

    • Wth!

  • $120/w for 10k
    $170/w for 20k

  • The targeted amount is based on your spending habits - hypothetically something like "average monthly spend for the last 12 months + $20" to get you to push for an additional item here and there.

    • First they lure you in with the $50 spend. Once you are in they test you with some increased spending. Later they drop you out by raising the spending to 4x. Someone has to walk a dishonest path with a 2nd account.

      This is like a gambling.

  • Got the $50 offer this time after rejecting the $60 offer last time and the $70 one before that.

Interestingly got two 10% offers in the last two weeks after getting literally only one ever before, earlier in the year.

    • by rejecting, do you mean not even activating the offer? or did you activate and just did not spend.

      • Assume so, I do the same thing, never accept over $50 and it goes back eventually. Plus I only scan flybuys for smaller purchases if I have no bonuses.

      • Do not activate.

  • $50 for me, on top of a 2000 bonus points for $50 spend in next 3 days so perfect to stack!

  • It's not in this opening offer text but be aware that usually:

The offer will disappear online at the end of each week and will re-appear the following week, if you qualify.

    It then usually reappears Tuesday/Wednesday.

  • Still got $80 after bombing out on the last one after missing the second week. Recently got a 4,800 point offer for a one-off $120 spend.

  • $110 and I shall skip. Will see.

Points now can be spent at Bunnings easily at once without limits.
Choosing $50 discount can keep both Coles and customers continuing this kind of promotion in loop again and again forever.

  • $50, $50, and not targeted. The latter two participated in the previous $50 4 weeks.

  • +1

    Did not get it 😔

  • $50 on both cards again

  • $50 again for me

  • I have a 10% off 100 min spend expiring today.
Do you think I can make a click & collect order for tomorrow to fulfill also this challenge?

  • be careful with another promo "3x points for Xmas" which would turn off instant $10 off
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/16901080/redir

but think still good to activate for extra points then redeem from Dec 10.

    • I believe you can still redeem your points via Coles pay, so online or click and collect you can still get 3x points and use points.

  • we've done this many times and accumulated a lot of points, approx $500. Just wondering if using the points will still consider the purchase to reach minimum spend…

    • Yes, convert to FB $'s and use to pay in full the qualifying amount still qualifies the offer.

      • I've never converted. But when it comes to with "would you like to take $10 off this purchase" does this mean it's converted?

        • No thats using your points to pay, not the same, and 50% will say that won't qualify, the other 50% will say it does.
Just convert to FB $'s and swipe your FB card to pay for the whole lot.

          • @HopSkipJumpFallSplat: it does qualify, i have tested it many times…paying with points is equivalent to paying with cash….but other discounts like 10% off your monthly shop or take $10 off a shop (making this offer up) all don't count

  • Cheers OP, received $50 spend and $80 spend for both of my accounts.

  • $70 per week.

  • $150 per week for 10,000 & $200 per week for 20,000 - dropped from $180/week for 10,000

still evaluating whether I will complete this or not….to another's comment, I did activate last time but did not complete the mission! So I guess its not whether you activate or not, but whether you complete the spend or not that matters (I think)

  • interestingly even though I have more than 2,000 points (in fact more than 10,000 points), the $10 off did not appear even though it was turned on in the app and usually happens…wonder why that did not happen…is there a new minimum limit now?

  • Thanks op, got it. This is the second spend $50x4 and get 10000 points offer in the last two months. We do most of our groceries from Aldi, most likely that's why the offer is for $50x4.
