  You can buy a pair of bracket from bunnings. 3M tape is the key here. I have tried cheaper brand, which is not strong enough (even has smake loading capacity)

  Has anyone EVER been able to remove these strips from painted Gyprock WITHOUT removing paint also? I would be keen to know the trick.
