Beautiful Power Bank Delta's design is amazing and really stands out from any other power packs out there. i can recharge my Galaxy S5 twice before it runs out of juice. my only issues is the ihope label on the device, but that doesn't detract from the beautiful design.

  • OP - This site has seen far better deals on powerbanks than this… not a deal for me.

I bought Anker Astro Gen 3 for around $45, it has a good reputation in the market and it has all of the features this has and more plus the capacity is 12kMah

  • This will probably be a hard sell Op, considering the capacity vs price… especially with some of the other ones we get here!

Thanks for your comment. Power bank is not just about battery capacity. The designers and engineers need to work together to solve series of problems, find perfect balance between body design, portability(weight and size), battery capacity, circuit chipset protection, charging speed, usability, reliability, durability and cost. Considering the comprehensive user experience that the Delta could deliver, we can confidently say that it worths every penny.

  • Missus would prefer this over Xiaomi or Romoss just based on looks, so I guess they have their place.

    • I dunno… if someone's going to prefer this on looks, wouldn't they also be the kind who'd want interchangeable coloured shells too? I'd rather not have to buy one of every colour!

Also have to love the guy who posted a review but just wanted to ask a question. sigh

    • Thanks for your comment. Except the design, missus would also be amazed by its performance!

Top deal for an excellent looking product

  • Thanks. We are even more proud for its excellent performance and user experience.

  • Not bad but personaly if i was after one id buyt your 12000amp version for only $15 more of posibly $10 if you take $5 off like you did to this one. But nice design.

      12000amp

I think you're confusing this with that other thing… what's it called?… oh yeah - lightning!

      • lol yeah i mean mAh

  • I am interested in buying 12,000mAh model, if you provide further discount on the listed price. Pls comment here if you can. Thanks

    • +1

The 12,000mAh is still pretty cheap considering it is only $10 more for double the capacity,

    • Thanks for asking. Here is a secret tip for receiving further discount: After adding the "Max" 12,000mAh power bank into your cart, open the cart editing page. And then a window would pop up. Follow the instruction in the window to like our Facebook page, you will receive a discount code:) Enjoy your shopping~

      • Just $2?

        • -1

As @mangolassi said, considering the Max is only $10 more for double the capacity of Delta, $2 extra discount is a good deal lol

      • Bugger, I got no friends, so no facebook, damn I guess I will have to wait until Dicksmith or COTD start selling robotic friends that run purely on all our Eneloops we forever keep buying, til then no discount for me.

        • No friend? No worries! Quote this 10% off coupon code MILKRJUICEUP, go get a sexy power bank Delta lol

        • @milkr: doesnt work for the 12000mAh…. :(

          was looking at Anker's battery…

          @milkr:
thanks for the tip… but no thanks. I'm not a big fan of facebook. Look forward to a bigger capacity sale next time. For now it's anker for me. :)

        • @slowmo: Sale on Max is coming soon, I guess ;)

  • This bit about recharge cycles sounds good:
"Delta will still retain up to 80 per cent of its original capacity after 500 full cycles of charging and discharging".

Most powerbanks that I've looked at state 500 recharges and only a few claim 1000 (upto?), but I don't recall any claiming a 80% retained capacity, unless I mistaken.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I have been looking at getting a powerbank recently, as some would have notice my questions/comments in other posts/deals.

To me, the most important things in regards to powerbanks are capacity (mAh needed) vs size (bulk/weight) and
that it's safe to use with my devices as well a good life cycle.

Color or style is of little importance.

    • +1

How much capacity retain after 500 discharge cycles depends on the factors such as material of battery cell, manufacture process, circuit chipset and even the environment of using the battery would affect the result. Most manufacturers of power bank avoid to claim the percentage. It is only because the number is so awful that they feel embarrass to claim, as they use inferior materials and production technology for cost cutting. At least, Apple is dare to state that the iPhone battery is designed to retain up to 80 percent of its original capacity at 500 full charge and discharge cycles, while the MacBook Pro or MacBook Air is designed to deliver up to 1000 full charge and discharge cycles before it reaches 80 percent of its original capacity. Milkr has the same self-confidence to do so. As we share the same vision that achieving excellent user experience should be prior to cost cutting.

There is no perfect product, all we can do is to find the perfect balance. Delta sacrificed part of battery capacity for its super portability (ultra-thin, very compact size and light weight), but it still can handle most daily-use scenarios by fully charging an iPhone 3.5 times. If you are not going to stay in desert over a week, Delta is a good choice for you. It's safe to use; it is built to last; it's ultra-thin ; it has fair large capacity for daily use; it gets everything you need plus the beautiful award winning looking as a bonus. And more importantly, it's on sale now LOL.
