Was just going to post this!

Grabbed one for my Surface Pro 3

  • +1

It's adding up to $48 posted to 3000. How did people manage to get it to $40?

    • +3

It's $40 USD, which is around $48AUD based on Amazon's exchange rate

      • +1

        Oh… right! Thanks for that.

        • +2

If you are using a card like 28 degrees M/C, have the order charged in USD. I just did that and was billed $46.60 AUD

  • Argh! And I just bought one too for 60 bucks two days ago for my new GoPro!

Ah what the heck, my handycam also needs some storage too, will get another. Thanks op :)

      That's the (OzB) spirit

  • Jumped on this, thanks! Will go in my new A6000 camera and in the future my Surface Pro 3.

Important question though, will Sandisk cover warranty here? I've always had such bad luck with memory cards.

    • +1

I have returned a Sandisk card for replacement under warranty without a problem. I bought it from either Amazon or Shopping Express I think. (Overseas anyway)

I too will grab one for my new A6000, the write times for these cards look like the business.

  • A quick and dirty's always welcome.

    • This card wasn't on sale when that post was made

Is class 3 fast for an SDXC? No class 10?

    • +5

      That's U3 not class 3. It's fast.

UHS Speed Class 3 designates a performance option designed to support 4K Ultra HD video recording with UHS-I enabled host devices

      • +1

I see thanks. Also good for extra memory on a Surface 2 for example… or is it's performance not utilized over a regular class 10 card?

        • +1

It'd be faster, so if you're moving things to it regularly then perhaps, but other than that, probably not as you can't install anything to it right now.

Newbie question - but will this work with my Samsung S4 mini which supports a Micro SD card up to 64GB?

  • Expired!

  • This deal is over. Price is already back to $69.95 USD.

  • +1

Bugger…missed it tuning my cart to $100 for the AMEX deal.

    There is a another 64GB SanDisk UHS-1/U3 here: http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Extreme-Adapter-SDSDQXN-064G-G…

    It's $34.99 and looks extremely similar…but quotes 60MB/s versus 80MB/s

EDIT: The OP link was to the Extreme PLUS…so it was faster.

    • +1

Hmm perhaps this deal for the Extreme Plus was a pricing error?

Hope we still get it though :)

  • Miss out!!!

  • Deal is back on…so not a pricing error.

    Be quick!

  • Is it worth paying the extra 10 bucks and getting the samsung pro?
