bought the red one for $10 more. They just changed the price on me as I was mid way through checkout. grrr…

I went and tried the KPM5 at Costco. It is a real pain to put the bowl in and out. I thought with a bigger motor etc it would be better but go and try one before buying
same, tried it last time… it's the same volume as 4.8L bowl, slightly more power of 25w. But I'm happy to save $150 on this one!
Woot bought the last glass bowl… wish i had enough freezer space for the ice cream bowl
lol.. the best place I believe to buy kitchenaid parts are from Amazon, even including shipping it's cheaper than here. i.e. ice cream bowl is about $55+shipping
From reading other forums the ice cream attachment is a little different from the Aussie one hence why i wouldnt buy from amazon US..
I have bought the other mixer attachments from USA with no problems - eg the flex blade and spare hand mixer attachments (cant be bothered washing in between baking)
The glass bowl would have been about the same price as amazon, almost bought last week, but with local delivery im guranteed it will come in one piece…
I got one of the white ones this morning $535 :)
Is it white only or other colours as well?
