So if I bought broccoli from woollies, and they decided to stop selling it a while later, you're saying I can get a refund? Nice try -_-

  • went to target in parramatta today to tried to get a refund, spoke to the customer service, and she said that I won't get anything if I return the game. she also said that they are taking the game off the shelves, not recalling it, not sure what that means.

They removed the game from their catalogue. It wasn't recalled, it's not defective, therefore you cannot get a refund.

    • Damn. Good on you for trying though.

Now you can go bash some women then when u get arrested you can say target wont refund me so i went home and played some more and the next thing i know I'm here arrested talking to you.

    • It means they are no longer selling it.

Anyone know how big the download is and how well does it run on PS3?

    • +2

there's jutters, screen tearing, aliasing, pop-ins. it's basically the same as any other PS3 game.
It isn't that bad, but I'd recommend the PS4 version for the better performance. (not to mention double resolution and added content)
If you don't have a PS4 though the game still looks very nice on PS3.
      It's 18gb.

  • Is this listed at the lower price for anyone? Still shows up as $109.95 :(

Looks like it is showing now here

      I'll update the deal URL

The PS3 digital download is the worst one to get. The textures have insanely slow load, so it looks like an upscaled N64 game.

    • That's atrocious! It reminds me of my PS2 struggling on occasion with with GTA 3.
Buy the disc based game, people. It's only $18 more for the equivalent last gen version.

    • Sounds like I should get the Disc version instead

    • But have they now released a patch which fixes the issues?

I didn't bother shooting the hookers, but I did put a few holes in the woman that kicked my arse in the tennis match. It's just a game after all, sometimes you just try stupid stuff to see what happens, doesn't mean you're ever gonna do it in real life.

  • Hey Ozbargain, I have a few questions to ask before I make the buy:

    Before I begin/start… woah awesome GTA V for PS3.. sweet! :D

    Ok now onto the questions:

    1. Does this version (PS3) have online play

    2. Does this game have a multiplayer/co-op/split screen mode (if so how many/much)

    3. What platform/s is GTA V currently available on and which one/s have been seen to be the best(or such the least)?

    4. Last question (hehe sorry I promise) does the PS3 version have cross-platform functionality (aka can I and will I be able to play with the Next-Gen consoles and PC players when it comes out/if it comes out/has it already come out yet…?

Highly considering this for my PS3 console and my excuse my intrusion/disturbance entrance back into the gaming community/lifestyle.

Thanks again and happily looking forward to all the replies and responses for they are very much welcome.

    Thank you.
