I recommend Officeworks for quickness, they have 6x4" prints for 10c each. I've used them and was pretty happy with quality, went in store and it took less than 20 minutes to get done. They have a few stores in Melbourne.
I've heard Harvey Norman is decent too. they have them for 15c each, although I haven't used them so can't really comment on their service.
