Yep! I have returned online orders from them before, you can either get a refund or exchange sizes, but if it's an international item refunds only (which is still decent). I did pay by card though, so not sure if it's the same if you use paypal.
Website states that shipping is free. I tried to place order but it keeps adding shipping to the total.

To get to the cart where you can put the coupon in press the free standard delivery grey bar, it took me a few goes to find it.
